New dads of newborns: a free activity plan.

Being a new dad can be all the emotions we feel mixed together at once.

For some dads, this is a period which they have long desired and anticipated, whilst for others, the announcement of a pregnancy could have been an unexpected or unplanned event.

However once arrived, your new baby will be all-consuming with the love, nurture and protection it requires.

Often new dads wonder what play activities they should introduce to their newest family member and when they should do it.

In response, we have compiled a list of newborn activities that any dad can participate in during the warmer summer months. This list is by no means exhaustive, but is a gentle introduction to the world of newborn parenting.

Attached at the bottom of this article is a printable PDF that can be shared within your social circle of new parents or simply stick in on the fridge as a reminder.
