Welcome to Real Men’s Health

Often it is the nurse who sits down with the patient after the doctor has finished speaking, and breaks down the medical jargon into real language that is understandable. This is the same approach Real Men’s Health is taking to men’s health information.

Hello, I’m Michael Whitehead and welcome to Real Men’s Health. As a practicing men’s health clinician across rural and remote Australia, I see men’s health up front and personal. No glossy brochures, no catchy slogans, just real men asking real questions about real issues in real time.

The need for a dedicated site that addresses the real health concerns of males from all walks of life has been obvious for some time. Real Men’s Health is relatable, relevant and bite sized. A site that speaks to both the bedside clinician and the man in the street.

Real Men’s Health articles highlight everything from physical & sexual wellbeing to the benefits of art, nutrition and sport, whilst also discussing strategies to manage grief, fatherhood and challenges across the lifespan.

All health information presented on Real Men’s Health comes from expert qualified clinicians.
